I recently stayed at a hotel in Vietnam that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional. The room rates were very reasonable and I got more than what I paid for. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to assist with my needs and provide useful recommendations. Lastly, the location was superb. The hotel was conveniently situated right next to the train station, which was perfect for my travel plans. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

All aspects of my stay were great, nothing to complain about.

Adjacent to many local attractions, including the st joseph's cathedral, which is just 10 mins on foot. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel. Just 5 minutes' walk from Ha Noi train station. Thanh Xuan district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Quan an ngon, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. It is in front of the airport. Ideal base for a vacation in Hanoi;)))

I was so grateful when I arrived at Hanoi Eternity Hotel and they allowed me to check in early after a long night train journey. It was such a relief to be able to rest and freshen up before starting my day. The staff here really go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.

A very charming hotel, Although the lobby is not very big, as normal hanoi hotel 2.5-3.* , but I am really impressive with room decoration as well as Sound proof. Just locate right outside Old-Quarter, Eternity Hotel has advantage of not being so crowded, been to Hanoi many times, I find it very convenience for me. All staff are excellence from Mr Bach - receptionist to house keepers. Good free wifi through out the building. Breakfast girl always give me a big smile.

Spent my New Year's Eve celebration in a hotel whose location was very close to the train station and the city's tourist areas, making it very convenient. The staff was helpful in securing my reservation and even offered me free breakfast during my stay. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the good water pressure in the shower.

The room I was assigned to was a bit dusty with some loose plug sockets. , the view from my window was uninteresting.

The room had very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff was hospitable, welcoming us with warm smiles and providing us with all the information we needed to explore the city. The breakfast food was tasty and kept us energized throughout the day. The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing us to easily access the city's major attractions.

The air conditioning was not working properly. the bathroom could have been cleaner.

This hotel is a great deal for the price. The rooms are in tip top condition, with nice bathtubs and windows that let in lots of natural light. The staff are extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The location is also excellent, with lots of delicious restaurants nearby and the Old Quarter just a short walk away.

No improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.

A Welcoming stay not too far away from the old quarter
